Properties:  

Manganese sulfate monohydrate is a light pink monoclinic crystal system with a density of 2.95g/mL (25°C), a melting point of 700°C, and a boiling point of 850°C. Unstable under normal temperature and pressure. It is easily soluble in water, with a solubility of 5-10g/100 mL (21°C), and insoluble in ethanol. It starts to lose crystal water when heated to above 200℃, loses most of crystal water at about 280℃, and becomes anhydrous salt melt at 700℃. It starts to decompose at 850℃, and releases sulfur trioxide, sulfur dioxide or oxygen due to different conditions. The remaining black insoluble trimanganese tetroxide is completely decomposed at about 1150℃.

The inorganic industry is used in the production of electrolytic manganese and the preparation of various manganese salts. The coating industry is used in the production of driers and linseed manganese oleate, etc., and phosphating agent for metal products. In agriculture, it is an important trace element fertilizer and a catalyst for the synthesis of chlorophyll by plants. Applying an appropriate amount of manganese sulfate solution can make a variety of economic crops grow well and increase yield.

Expected effect of seed dressing with manganese sulfate: Seed dressing with manganese sulfate solution can increase the thousand-grain weight and increase the yield by 10%~15%.

Seed dressing method: Dissolve 0.2 kg of manganese sulfate in 0.9 kg of clear water before planting, and then mix 50 kg of wheat seeds.

One of the important trace element fertilizers, it can be used as base fertilizer, soaking seeds, dressing seeds, top dressing and spraying on the leaves, which can promote the growth of crops and increase yield. It mainly exists in the pituitary gland, liver and pancreas and bone mitochondria, and is a component of many enzymes. Manganese participates in the hematopoietic process in the body, promotes the oxidation of fat in cells, and prevents atherosclerosis. Lack of manganese can cause growth retardation, osteoporosis, and movement disorders.
