Sulfamic Acid is white orthorhombic crystals. Non-volatile, non-hygroscopic, density 2.126, melting point 205°C (began to decompose). Soluble in water, slightly soluble or insoluble in organic solvents. It can be ionized in aqueous solution and is moderately acidic. Most metal salts are also soluble in water. Stable at room temperature. Decomposes at high temperatures.
